The Touch for Health courses are taught over four two-day worshops during the weekends with practice sesssion inbetween.

There are no minimum entrance qualifications, the training is open to all.

You will learn the basics during Level 1 and then we build on that knowledge during the other levels.

There is a lot a practical work during the courses which is supported by workbooks and home activities

The cost includes manuals for all levels and TFH certificates for each level completed.

Touch for Health is accredited by the International Kinesiology College, so can be practised worldwide.
The Touch for health course is aimed at:
- Anyone wanting to help themselves or others achieve optimum health
- Alternative practitioners wanting to enhance and complement their therapies
- Anyone wanting to become a qualified kinesiologist

COURSE DETAILS
LEVEL 1-4
TFH 1: You will be introduced to the principles of Touch for Health, learn how to perform a 14 muscle balance using muscle monitoring and how to correct imbalances. You will also learn simple emotional stress release techniques and how food can strenghten us.
TFH 2: Builds on what you learnt in level 1, including 14 new muscle tests. You are introduced to the Theory of the Five Elements used in acupressure and learn more techniques for helping pain and stress.
TFH 3: A further 14 new muscle tests which completes all 42 muscles used in Touch for Health. Posture and working with reactive muscles is the main teaching concept for this level.
TFH 4: In this last level the main emphasis is on giving a 42 muscle balance and bringing all aspects already learnt together.
Advanced Courses
Touch for Health Proficiency: Review of the TFH synthesis and putting it all into practise. Practical and written assessment leading to a Certificate of Proficiency in Touch for Health Kinesiology.

Maximum of six students for each course. The current schedule is for your information but other dates can be arranged, subject to availability. If the dates below do not suit you, please contact me - I can organise extra course dates, either during the week or at weekends. I also offer one-to-one tuition.
